Damage via Postal
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and take photos if possible. Once it is proved to be damage via postal, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending.
If the item(s) you wish to return is in-operable, it may be defective. We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Hobby-wing.com within 7 days of contact from the date you receive your package. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please E-Mail ahead for return authorization to get a RMA number. Packages without a valid assigned RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused to the carrier. All returns must be authorized by us via phone or email prior to sending items back.
We want to emphasize again that item(s) in return cases cannot be used and must remain in original packaging. Any form of assembly, painting or alteration of any material is considered to be used and non-returnable. If the item meets these requirements, please return it to us and the return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending. If it is found to be workable after we receive and test it, a refund, minus shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be issued.
If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just wasn't what you expected, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee as we are no longer able to sell the product as new.
All RTF helicopters and electronic equipments are tested to make sure that they are working properly before we ship them to our customers. Please inspect the product when you receive the shipment, identify any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to use/fly it.
Please understand that R/C helicopters can crash if mistakenly used or you do not know how to fly. Any kind of crash or hard landing may cause damages. Hobby-wing will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper or wrong operations.
